Returns and refunds

We want the piece to work for your pet and your home. If it does not, you can send it back.

30 days. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.

Condition. Items need to be unused, unwashed and free of pet hair, in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept a bed or blanket that has been slept on.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we cover the return shipping.

Changed your mind. You cover the return shipping. Once the item reaches us we refund what you paid to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Not returnable. Personalized items and anything marked final sale.

Exchanges. The quickest way to swap a size or color is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

To start a return. Email denandbone@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
