Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Den & Bone. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are. This site is operated by Den & Bone. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Den & Bone. Where they say "you", they mean you, the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using the site. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with how it runs, and not to copy, scrape or resell any part of it without our written permission.

3. Your account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Products. We try to show our products accurately, but colors and textures can look different on different screens, and natural materials vary a little piece to piece. Sizes and measurements are approximate. Product availability can change without notice, and we may limit the quantity of any item sold to one customer.

5. Product use. Our products are pet accessories, not safety equipment and not veterinary or medical products. Supervise your pet with any new item, check it regularly for wear, and stop using it if it becomes damaged. If your pet chews or destroys bedding, fabric or stuffing, take the item away, as swallowed material can be dangerous. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, by use without supervision, or by continued use of a worn or damaged item.

6. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken when you place your order. We do not store your card details.

7. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a price or description was listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may also cancel or refuse an order that looks fraudulent or that breaks these terms.

8. Shipping and risk. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel. See our Shipping policy for the details.

9. Returns. Our Refund policy forms part of these terms. Please read it before you order.

10. Our content. The text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.

11. Anything you send us. If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you give us permission to use, publish and adapt it in connection with our business, without payment. You confirm it is your own and does not break anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

12. Third party links. The site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

13. Site availability. We aim to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

14. Disclaimer. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity. You agree to cover us for any claim, loss or cost that arises from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

17. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

18. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

19. If part of these terms does not apply. If any section is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
